Intranet: : The university of Lleida's Intranet is formed by different spaces which can only be accesed by ussers who have been assignet a username in the Udl's network, that is, any person who belongs to any Unit, Faculty, Certen or organisation of the University of Lleida.

Virtual Campus (SAKAI platform): the virtual campus is a teaching support tool which makes part-time class attendance and e-learning possible. It is also a support tool that allows students and teachers to have at their disposal all the information needed for any subject (teaching plans, diaries, announcements, on-line activities and forums, among others).

NESTOR. The NESTOR's programme objective is to support to students through personal, academic and professional orientation. The objective of this is to give students the opportunity to make the right choices during their Degrees, as future professionals and citizens.

Library: The University of Lleida has a Library and Documentation Service (SBD) recognised by ANECA since 2003 with a quality certificate.  SBD offers a wide range of services accessible through the Library website.

Library: This building was inaugurated in 2003 during the commemoration activities of the 700 Anniversary of the University of Lleida. It was conceived as the campus library, therefore, it contains materials in the following areas: Law, Economy, Business, Labour Studies, Computer Science, Engineering, Psychology, Pedagogy, Social Education, Teaching and Sociology. It has a surface of 4.520m2 and 509 seats.

Study rooms: The Polivalent Building or Aulari is a building to be used by all educational centres and services at university as well as by those units placed on the same Campus. There are some study rooms as well as tables and chairs in the hall with Wi-Fi connection and plugs for laptops.

Auditorium (Centre de les Cultures): The Auditorium is an emblematic space where several academic and public acts take place.

Copy centre: Placed in the Polivalent Building, it offers the following services: printing, photocopying, binding and purchasing classroom materials. Besides, teachers can leave materials for students necessary to follow lectures.

Lyrics studies born in 1971 in the General Study of Lleida as delegation, the first of the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB) and then at the University of Barcelona (UB). A few years earlier (1968), with legal studies, Lleida had recovered a condition of campus, whose origins date back to the late thirteenth century. With the approval of the University of Lleida by the Catalan Parliament, on December 12, 1991, created the Faculty of current Arts.

The library is the common laboratory of all the students of the Faculty of Arts. It is where students and professors can carry out the necessary bibliographical investigation that study and research imply.

Moreover, most studies of the faculty require private spaces where teaching and research can be carried out in a more specialised manner. These rooms contain the adequate material, infrastructure, installations and software that these specialised uses demand.

During the university registration period, new students are guided by other UdL students, who will offer help them with the registration process and with the filling in the application forms. They will also be offered information about the degrees that they are about to start, as well as other issues such as the university ID card and accommodation. Other essential reception activities are the orientative sessions for new students, which are offered by the Library and Documentation Service.

Languages: The Linguistic Service will solve any language need in the university, and will work to ensure that the official university languages are used at normal levels.

Courses and certificates: The Language Service organises language courses (Catalan, Occitan, Spanish, English...) of different levels and with different teaching systems, specialised language courses and other specific courses. Some of these courses can be validated as free-elective credits.

Students enrolled on general Catalan language courses are eligible to take the LS exams. Passing such exams entitles them to receive the corresponding official certificates.

The Language Service also gives students the opportunity to learn or perfect their Catalan through the Language Self-learning Centre (CAL), with a flexible schedule and at their own individual paces. Conversation groups are also run through this study scheme. Other official language certificates may be recognised as free-elective credits in accordance with a UdL-approved table of equivalences.

Volunteering and language exchange: The Language Service coordinates the Language Volunteers Service, which is made up of members of the university community who take part in activities relating to the promotion of the use of Catalan at the UdL and the reception of non-Catalan speaking students. The idea is to facilitate their integration into the cultural and linguistic environment of Catalonia.

E-Mail: All UdL students are given a free e-mail address that enables them to receive information about activities, courses, job vacancies, etc. To obtain your e-mail address, please make inquiries at the computer rooms in your campus.

Student ID: The student ID card is a conventional plastic card with a built-in microchip made up of a microprocessor, a programme memory and a work memory structured into different areas. Thanks to this technology, the UdL card is an intelligent card that provides many different services, aside from those strictly associated with university use. The card can also be used on the flat fare transport system in the Lleida Area (ATM).

Connectivity and equipment loans

Virtual Campus (SAKAI platform): the virtual campus is another tool which students have at their disposal in order to access all the information needed for any subject (teaching plans, diaries, announcements, on-line activities and forums, among others).

Cultural Activities: There is the possibility to join an activity, course or workshop, which are organised and promoted from the Cultural Servide of the Udl. These events bring the world of art and culture closer to the university community.

At the UdL’s Theatre Space, you can join theatre and contemporary dance workshops. The members of the workshops rehearse and stage their creations during the academic year.

The Jordi Jové Poetry Club holds regular lectures and symposiums that are attended by renowned poets and specialists. It also publishes the collection “Versos” and has an archive library and a video library.

The Cine-Ull Film Club aims to help the university community rediscover film through the screening and discussion of films.

The Music Club opens the doors to the world of music and gives participants the opportunity to increase their musical sensitivity along with their academic training. It also coordinates the activities of the University Choir, which rehearses each week throughout the academic year.

Throughout the academic year, the Fine Arts Initiative offers a schedule of exhibitions and installations in the exhibit halls of the Rectorate Campus and the Cappont Centre for Cultures and Cross-border Cooperation.

Sports: The UdL Sports Service was created in the belief that sports and physical activity are a necessary part of the University’s academic life. Hence, this service is open to the entire university community.

Scholarships and others helps that UdL offers:

Cooperation scholarships: The cooperation scolarships are a complementary formation oportunity for all Udl students. Each course many cooperation scolarships in different services and units of the university are offered in order to contribute with the students' practical education.

2.  Mobility scholarships: Students who have already applied for their official degrees and who participate in academic activities outside the university can participate in the different announcements of mobility scolarships.

3.  Special necessities: This scolarship is included in the Attention to People with Special Necessities programme. It is available for all students who have applied for their official degrees and who have a recognised and legally qualified physical or sensorial discapity with a superior rate than 33%, who are suffering from a severe discapcity or who have exceptional special necessities duly justified.

4. Cultural activities: These activities aim to promote the organisation of all artistic, social, human, scientifico-technical or solidary activities.

5. International Cooperation: Its objective is the promotion of the cooperation in the fields of teaching, investigation or cultura and the development among its members of the Udl community and the villages and collectives economically poor.

Cooperation and solidary activities: The International Cooperation Centre (in Catalan Centre de Cooperació Internacional) wants to enhance the exchange of professional, teaching and investigational experience among the universitary community towards countries of the demonitaed Third World and the sensibilisation on a local scope.

Psychological Care Service: The Psychological Care Service is a partially subsidised service with a  specialised team in psychology that aims to offer individual psychological care at the onset of psychological and emotional problems experienced by teaching and administrative staff. The service is free and is designed to deal with any situations that may arise. Should more intensive or specific care be needed, this service will provide patients with guidance on the various resources available to them, and, if apropiate, refer them

Student's Insurance.

1.- Compulsory School Insurance: The School Insurance is compulsory for all students under 28 who are studying first, second or third cycle studies at the university.
2.- Accident Insurance Cum LaudeThe accident Insurance is a policy contracted by a private company which protects the insured people in case they suffered an accident and grants them healthcare.
